This portion of the Boast Worthy website is hosted over at Google, using their free Google Sites product. Google Sites is really simple to use, but it does not give you complete control over the site theme (or template). Even though you can't fully configure your theme, Google Sites does give you several, one click options to change the page layout, and content creation is done using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface.
